SASSA Will Take Services to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to your community.

SASSA is going to be rendering expert services which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency mentioned it can be alarmed regarding the large amount of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The aim of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a higher range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is mainly click here because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office focused on service the area every day. The services level made for intervention ordeals a high influx of possible beneficiaries, that makes it tricky with the office to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra means to empower the servicing of all prospects and maximize access to Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
